This document governs data processing and the sending of emails to users of the Website and the Service.

This Consent is given by a user of the RedHunt service located at https://redhunt.pro/ (hereinafter the Website or the Service) to Individual entrepreneur Mindubaev Ramazan Ildarovich (tax ID (INN) 183002447393, state registration number of an individual entrepreneur (OGRNIP) 324784700376392, hereinafter the Operator).
- The Consent is accepted by registering on the Website, submitting any form on the Website, and by using the Website without registration.
- The Consent applies to all information that the Operator may receive about the User when the Website is used, including through web analytics systems.
- If the User does not agree with the terms of the Consent, the User should refrain from using the Website.
- The User confirms that they have read the Operator's Privacy Policy.

6. Accuracy of data
The User confirms that the data they provide belongs to them personally.

- The User is responsible for the consequences of providing inaccurate or outdated information.
7. Term
The Consent is effective from the moment the User provides their personal data to the Operator, without a time limit, until the Consent is withdrawn or the processing of data ceases.
8. Withdrawal of consent and unsubscribing from mailings
The User may withdraw the Consent at any time, including the consent to promotional and informational mailings.
- The withdrawal is sent in writing to the email address hello@redhunt.pro (subject line “Withdrawal of consent”) or by registered mail with a list of enclosures to the Operator's address given on the “Contacts and Details” page.
- You can unsubscribe from mailings by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link in any email.
- The Operator stops processing personal data within the period required by applicable law (no later than one month for users in the EEA/UK) from receipt of the request. After that, the data is deleted unless the law requires storage.
